Fort Financial Credit Union decided to expand their services by building free-standing locations, including new headquarters. The multi-story building features a first floor branch, corporate offices, an employee workout space, multiple small conference rooms, one executive conference room, multiple training spaces, and employee collaboration spaces for shared work and team building. Located at the corner of Lima and Wallen Roads, the building is distinguishable from others on a main artery through Fort Wayne.

The front of the building features large floor-to-ceiling windows. The lobby features a massive video wall. Together, they create a highly visible billboard for drivers on adjacent Lima Road. Distinctive materials used in the building’s interior include LED rope lighting, varied and unique acoustical ceiling features, terrazzo stair treads, walnut hardwood trim and slat walls, wood wall coverings, and operable glass partitions.
