Hagerman was selected as the Design-Builder for BorgWarners’ new technical center which consolidated both the Anderson and Pendleton locations to Noblesville, Ind. Hagerman self-performed concrete, masonry and carpentry as well on this two-story technical center. The center focuses on conducting research and development, testing, engineering, and design work on the automotive advances of the future for combustion, hybrid and electric vehicles and serves as a prototype building. The new facility features an open concept design with interactive office environments and spontaneous collaboration zones to improve efficiency, enhance communication and inspire innovation.

Great Lakes Capital served as the developer and MSKTD provided all architectural and interior design services for the project.
