The American Red Cross (ARC) of Indiana teamed with Hagerman to construct its new 24,400 SF open-concept headquarters located downtown Indianapolis on Meridian Street.

Serving as a national prototype for future facilities, the building design and construction resulted in significant operational cost savings and a reduction in real estate space.

Hagerman overcame schedule restraints and dealt with contaminated soil on an adjacent property to deliver the project on time and within budget. Hagerman’s carpenters provided expertise to the unique millwork features in the project, particularly the donor wall with hundreds of individual pieces.
