What made you decide to pursue a career in construction?

Parental influence—both of my parents are engineers. They custom-built the home I grew up in and always talked about construction and shared their knowledge with me. In addition, I have a sheer passion for the spaces that human beings occupy and how they are built.

What do you enjoy most about working in construction?

New challenges and the technology utilized within the construction industry.

What do you enjoy most about working at The Hagerman Group?

The support I receive for developing our use of technology and being involved in all areas and departments of the company.

How has Hagerman supported your career path?

The Hagerman Group invests in my growth by sending me to technology conferences, introducing me to fellow VDC professionals in other companies for resources, and connecting me with additional online learning materials. In addition, the company is receptive to the materials and hardware needed to efficiently produce deliverables.

What do you like to do when you’re not at work?

Spending time with family and friends and playing World of Warcraft.

What’s a fun fact that people don’t know about you?

I collect glass vases and paper weights. I get my nails done regularly, but I have never had red or pink polish—only gold glitter!
