Hagerman served as construction manager for the new Monroe County parking structure located next to the justice center and GM Development was the developer and financier for this project. The parking structure serves the dual purpose of providing parking for county employees and an emergency housing center for the jail. The parking structure is a seven-story, cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete parking structure with 240 parking spaces.
