Hagerman was the Design-Builder for the addition of the Sterigenics (formerly IOTRON) facility in Columbia City.
Sterigenics is a global leader in radiation sterilization. The expansion added 34,000 SF to facilitate an added electron
beam accelerator for sterilizing medical devices and a wide range of industrial materials.

Hagerman built the original 54,510 SF, $15 million, new facility in 2011.
