Hagerman provided Construction Management Agency (CMa) services for the procurement of all work associated with the Hospital, Ambulatory Care Building and Central Energy Plant. Additional assistance was provided in quality control and project supervision of MEP and architectural fit out. The scope of work included construction of a 1.2 million SF Replacement Hospital and Ambulatory Care Building. A new Central Energy Plant was constructed to supply utilities to the new facilities along with a 2,400-space parking garage. The new hospital and clinic houses 315 inpatient beds, 18 operating rooms, four intervention labs, 12 labor and delivery rooms, 90 treatment rooms, 20 bed clinic decision unit and 200 bed clinic exam rooms. This facility is a certified LEED Gold project by the U.S. Green Building Council.
