Indiana Subcontractors Association held their Construction Networking Event of the Year happened on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, in downtown Indianapolis. Our team had a great time networking with over 1,400 attendees.
The Hagerman Group is proud to have been awarded the 2023 Project of the Year award in the over $10M category for our work at Hamilton Southeastern Schools’ Fall Creek Junior High School!
This multi-phased project required extensive renovations including leveling the floors in the music and dining areas, modernizing science laboratories, enlarging the fitness lab, the development of new arts and FACS labs, creating collaborative spaces throughout the building, and restrooms. The comprehensive renovation addressed finishes, ceilings, casework, equipment, lights, and data transmission throughout the building. A new administrative wing was added to create a secure entrance and enhance building circulation. Construction was performed while school was in session.
Kudos to the project team of Mike Holtkamp (Senior Project Manager), Joel Fleming (Project Manager), Ted McClintick (Project Superintendent), Jessica Gipson (Project Coordinator), and Rhydonna Hyden (Project Accountant)! And congratulations to the administration, teachers, and students at Hamilton Southeastern Schools for their part in making this project come to life.
