Rebuilding Together 2018: Living Hagerman’s vision of building a better future

Hagerman participated in 2018 Rebuilding Together Indy on Saturday, April 28. Rebuilding Together® preserves and revitalizes houses and communities, assuring that low-income homeowners, particularly the elderly and disabled and families with children, may continue to live in warmth, safety and independence. The end goal is to make a sustainable impact in partnership with the community.

Our team, led by Matt Davis, had the pleasure of working at Mrs. Frazier’s home. She was such a delight! We helped with some landscaping, corrected some electrical issues, fixed the plumbing in her shower, installed a new toilet and assist bars, rescreened her back porch, bought her a new TV and stand, replaced light bulbs throughout the home, put on new door hardware, cleaned the gutters and poured some new concrete. By sponsoring Rebuilding Together, we were also able to get Mrs. Frazier a new water heater, garage door and smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. Many thanks to all who volunteered and for building a better future in Indianapolis!
