The Hagerman masonry team was selected as the Masonry Contractor for this new High-Rise Luxury apartments, hotel and mixed-use complex. The Omni will have 612 hotel rooms and 225 luxury apartments alongside a plethora of amenities, including a rooftop pool and cafe, cocktail bar, speakeasy, grand ballroom, bowling alley, spa and multiple restaurants. When completed, the Omni will be the third tallest building in downtown Louisville.
