Hagerman was selected as Construction Manager for Wabash College’s 136-bed Independent Student Housing project in Crawfordsville, Ind. The project includes two 38-bed halls, two 16-bed lodges and two duplex-style townhomes with 12 beds each. Additional parking is also included and the existing campus is integrated by way of new walk paths, landscaping and common areas. The design team includes Shepley Bulfinch, Cripe Architects + Engineering, Loftus Engineering and Fink Roberts & Petrie, Inc.
