The Hagerman Group served as construction manager for the new 202,000-square-foot Science Learning Center that is home to several science-oriented departments on the South Bend Campus. The project’s features include 40 laboratories and classroom space for chemistry, biochemistry, biology, physics and astronomy instruction. Jordan Hall provides shared space for two 250-seat lecture halls, study lounges, offices, storage, stockrooms, a digital multi-visualization theater with a 50 foot dome, planetarium and a four-bay greenhouse. The Jordan Hall of Science is the largest building on campus devoted to undergraduate education.
