Hagerman hires multiple team members

The Hagerman Group has hired multiple employees in its Fishers and Fort Wayne offices.

Steve Meier has joined the company as senior estimator in the Fishers office.  Meier is responsible for overall project estimates as well as leadership and mentoring to entry-level estimators. In addition, he works closely with owners, architects and engineers during the preconstruction phase to set accurate budgets. Meier has 18 years in the construction industry.

Brad Neuhaus has rejoined Hagerman as a senior project manager in the Fort Wayne office. His responsibilities include overall project administration, management, financial control and field direction including safety and quality. Neuhaus has more than two decades of construction experience with Hagerman. Throughout his career, he has managed a range of project types, from healthcare to education to industrial.

Louzon has joined Hagerman as a senior superintendent, bringing with him more than 40 years of experience. Louzon is a team leader with a history of successful projects in retail, industrial, healthcare, educational and commercial to institutional projects

Bill Spitler has joined Hagerman as a senior project manager based in the Fishers office. Spitler is an experienced construction manager who has worked in the architecture, engineering and construction industry for 37 years.

Hank Dragon, Kevin Stark and Ian Wooten have joined Hagerman’s Fishers office as project engineers. Dragon has a bachelor of science in civil engineering from West Virginia University and two years of experience working for a national construction company. Stark was an intern for Hagerman during his junior year at Purdue University, where he received a bachelor of science in building construction management. Upon graduation, he worked as a project engineer in St. Petersburg, Fla. Wooten has a bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agriculture operations and agricultural economics from Purdue University. After working for Consolidated Grain and Barge Company and overseeing construction of the Cincinnati terminals, he realized he had a passion for construction and joined The Hagerman Group.

Jill Pursell has joined Hagerman as a project coordinator based in the Fishers office. Pursell’s responsibilities include working closely with project managers and project executives to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets.

Joe Humbert has joined Hagerman as a project estimator. Humbert will work closely with the chief estimating officer and senior estimators to assemble accurate, well-organized estimates and provide detailed quantity take-offs. Humbert has five years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on cost estimating and project management.
