Hockmeyer Hall of Structural Biology is a research facility in Purdue’s Discovery Park. The building accommodates approximately 143 faculty, postdoctoral researchers and graduate students. Labs occupy approximately 28,000 square feet of space. Included are labs for electron microscopy, x-ray diffraction, large molecule crystallization, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, cell and virus culture and analytical and biophysical instrumentation. Research laboratories and office space are designed to facilitate interaction and collaboration among staff and students.
