Mark joined his father, Ted Hagerman, at the firm in 1967 and became President in 1978. Today, as a 42-year veteran of the industry and the CEO of The Hagerman Group, Mark has successfully broadened the firm’s role as a full-range provider of construction services to both the public and private sectors. Highly involved in the community, Mark is a lifetime member of Trinity English Lutheran Church and is currently on the board of directors for the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo, Indiana Chamber of Commerce, Ivy Tech Community College Foundation, Northeast Indiana Corporate Council and Valparaiso University.

Jeff Hagerman, President of The Hagerman Group, is the fourth generation of the Hagerman family to lead the company.   Jeff worked for a large commercial contractor in the field for several years.  He returned to Hagerman in 1997 and was assigned to oversee several projects; the Virginia Avenue Parking Garage and the Congressional Medal of Honor Memorial and the foundations package for Conseco Fieldhouse.  Jeff assumed leadership of the Indianapolis operation and became President of Geupel DeMars Hagerman in 2005. Jeff leads 130 employees who produce approximately $200 million in annual revenues.  Jeff focuses on new business development, client relationships and corporate strategic planning. His external involvement includes the Fishers Chamber of Commerce, the Fisher’s Economic Development Commission, the United Way of Central Indiana, the CEM Advisory Committee for Purdue University, Trustee of the Indiana Carpenters Pension Fund, a Godparent for St. Mary’s Childcare Center and a Board member for the Sycamore School.

In 1992, Bruce became President of a new company within The Hagerman Group called Hagerman, Inc. Under his leadership, Hagerman, Inc. grew to become the successful general contracting division of The Hagerman Group. Bruce provides our clients with technical expertise and a true understanding of construction costs. He is responsible for all operations related to Hagerman, Inc.  Bruce serves on the board for Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana and is active with IPFW as an Associate Professor on the Connecting Mathematics for Elementary Teachers (CMET) Advisory Board. He is also an American Society of Professional Estimators member, a Design-Build Institute of America member and is certified by the American Society for Healthcare Engineering.

With over 35 years of construction experience, Terry brings technical expertise, leadership and corporate commitment to our projects. He is responsible for Preconstruction and Corporate Development for The Hagerman Group. Terry is well respected in the Industry having managed some of Central Indiana’s largest projects including Circle Centre Mall and Artsgarden and renovation to Union Station. Terry is a board member of the Indiana Construction Association and Rebuilding Together, an elder of Second Presbyterian Church and a member of Indiana Sports Corp. and the US Green Building Council.

Nate joined The Hagerman Group 30 years ago as a Field Engineer. Today as President of Hagerman Construction, he is responsible for the daily operations of our self performance work..   A Professional Engineer, Nate serves on Top Notch of Northeast Indiana’s board of directors, Building Contractors Association of Northeast Indiana’s Labor Relations and Economic Development committees and Indiana Construction Association’s Labor Relations committee. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Lutheran Foundation and is active with Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Habitat for Humanity and Fort Wayne Downtown Rotary Club.

Dave has been with The Hagerman Group for 27 years and in the industry for more than 35 years. In his new role overseeing the corporation’s Renewable Energy Initiative, Dave will be focusing on wind, solar, geothermal and biomass opportunities for The Hagerman Group as well as more conventional energy options. The first third of Dave’s long career in the construction industry was spent with an international EC firm whose business focus was the design and construction of fossil fuel and nuclear power stations for the investor-owned utility market. Dave will also remain active in mentoring roles for The Hagerman Group’s Green Team, Forum for the Future, The Hagerman Institute and Mentorship Team. Previously, he was Executive Vice President-Corporate Development. Dave remains active as a Trustee of the Indianapolis Parks Foundation.

Jeff joined The Hagerman Group, as an Estimator immediately upon graduation from Purdue, working his way up to Project Engineer, then to Project Manager. After 18 years with the firm, he moved on to a commercial development firm where he became Director of Construction. In 2007, Jeff returned to The Hagerman Group in the position of Executive Vice President to procure and manage design-build projects. Jeff is knowledgeable on the delivery of design-build projects for both private and public owners and has worked with Indiana legislators to modify the law governing public design build projects in Indiana. Jeff is a member of the Design Build Institute of America, Fishers Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce Leadership Exchange. He is also involved with Junior Achievement of Central Indiana and Rebuilding Together.

Brian began with Hagerman in 1981 as an Apprentice Carpenter and worked his way up from Journeyman to Foreman to Project Superintendent to Director of Field Operations for Hagerman, Inc. In this role, Brian is responsible for the successful completion of all projects performed by Hagerman Inc. Active in his community, Brian is serving his fourth term as a Maumee Township Trustee. A retired Assistant Fire Chief, Brian was active for 15 years on the local volunteer fire department and has served on several community boards and committees for East Allen Co. Schools, Woodburn Lutheran Schools, The History Center and Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana.

Evan was a bricklayer for seven years before joining Hagerman’s masonry team in 1995. Due to his diligence on the job, Evan quickly moved up to Estimator then Project Manager. In 2005, he was named to his current position overseeing the Indianapolis Masonry Department. Evan has 20 years of hands on masonry expertise. He assists designers and owners with the identification of effective masonry applications. He is a Trustee for the Bricklayers District Council Apprentice Training & Journeyman Retraining & Education Fund, a board member for the local Bricklayers Joint Apprentice Training Program, and is active in Skills USA’s Indiana Vocational Training Program. He is also a Bronze Certified Coach for the Indiana State Wrestling Association.

Tereissa joined The Hagerman Group in 2008 as Office Manager and Assistant to Jeff Hagerman, bringing over 20 years of construction industry experience. She is responsible for the daily operations of the administrative staff and manages a variety of functions for all departments including facility management of the Fishers office, IT service and support (including training associated with company technology), company event coordinator, and active on multiple strategy committees for The Hagerman Group. Additionally, her commitment to community involvement includes active and passionate participation in the annual Rebuilding Together event, Junior Achievement of Central Indiana and The Hamilton County Humane Society. Tereissa is also currently a member of the Fishers Chamber of Commerce.
