Our company has partnered with the Indiana University Kelley School of Business to provide a two-year Masters in Business Administration degree to nine of the company’s future leaders.

As a company, we’ve drawn business and our people from the communities we’ve served. We appreciate the support we’ve received, and we’re proud to turn around and lend our support and expertise to strengthen those communities and the organizations that improve the lives of their residents.

We are strong supporters of the United Way and the agencies whose work it supports. We also encourage our leadership team and other staff members to take on roles with community organizations. You’ll find our professionals on many boards of directors, and playing active roles in community and charitable events.
