Seeking talent to be accountable for identification of new business opportunities. Required expectations include relationship building with potential clients and industry peers; sales calls; research and leadership in business development intelligence gathering; strategizing, preparing, and reviewing of proposals and presentations/interviews relating to new business; and service as a representative of The Hagerman Group at industry and community events.
