Chief Estimator—Central Indiana
The Hagerman Group is looking for a Chief Estimator for its Central Indiana operations. We are seeking an individual with strong leadership and communications talents.
Responsibilities of the Chief Estimator include:
- Building relationships with Owners, Architects and Subcontractors
- Assisting with bid preparation
- Lead the Go/No Go decision making process
Requirements of the position include:
- Engineering/Construction education or background
- Timberline estimating software expertise
- 10+ years experience in the hard bid general contracting industry
- Conceptual and hard bid estimating expertise required
- Extensive relationships with the subcontractor community
- Knowledge of the Union construction market and Merit Shop market
- Market sector experiences should include industrial, healthcare, educational, commercial, and institutional projects.
- Core values should include integrity, teamwork, innovation, client focus, excellence, and embracing change.
